Patient acceptance and the desire for quick recovery are the greatest incentives for the mental replacement program robotically at our Centre. It is almost become a demand by most patients when they come for surgery. This give us a chance by coincidence of doing three patients back-to-back for robotic mental replacement, one using a mechanical Valve1 using a polymer(world first )Valve and one using a Biological . All patients had different indications and needs, but this experience with all three in such a short span has increased our conviction that this is the standard procedure and is here to stay. Patients are loving it, and I think most teams will have to up the game to be able to deliver this requirement.
